Like that old adage says about teaching a man to fish so he can eat for a lifetime…together, you and I are going to clarify your goals, develop meaningful habits and bring awareness to how you feel physically and emotionally, so you can fuel yourself to live your best life. With my help, a primarily whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle will become second nature. And more importantly, so will feeling good!
Are you sick of not knowing what to make for dinner, so in a haste you throw a piece of meat in the oven? Or do you think about giving up meat, but remember how much you love burgers? Do you worry about eating rabbit food as a vegetarian? Not a salad fan? I’ll let you in on a little secret…neither am I (shhh, don’t tell) but eating a primarily plant-based diet doesn’t mean salads and rabbit food for the rest of your life. Do you find yourself with an endless to-do list but nothing checked off? Are you confused by the various websites and posts with conflicting information about the same health topic? I can help with all of that. My role is to streamline resources for you, while providing clarity and unbiased support.
Life can sometimes be overwhelming, but leading a WFPB lifestyle, and finding ways to 'feel good' don’t have to be. If you take that one mindful self-care step, remember to breathe, and eat some green veggies, you can make a significant impact on your state of happiness and well-being today.

We’ll spend 50 minutes once a week talking about food, new habits to support the changes you want to make, how you’re feeling overall, and whatever else comes up.

Making lifestyle changes doesn’t happen overnight, so we’ll work together over the course of 8 or 12 weeks. We’ll choose the right timeframe based on what your goals are.
