poppin’ the popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of organic extra virgin coconut oil  

  • 3/4 cup popcorn kernels 

  • sea salt

  • nutritional yeast

Optional ingredients:

  • butter (about 1 tbsp but add more depending on preference) to keep this dairy-free, stick with coconut oil or swap in ghee

  • everything seasoning

Directions:

Once the popcorn is done poppin’ I like to divide it between two bowls and vary the seasoning, but if you are a purist you could stick with the coconut oil/butter + nutritional yeast combo.
