quick & easy hummus

ingredients:

1 can 15oz chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

1-2 garlic cloves roughly chopped

1/2 lemon

3/4- 1 tsp salt (depending on taste)

3 tbs water

3 tbs tahini

3 tbs olive oil

1/2 tsp cumin

directions:

add all ingredients to a blender until you reach your desired texture.

recipe notes:

feel free to top with extra olive oil, chili oil, chopped cilantro or go crazy and roast some chickpeas on the side.

I like to serve this with a crudité platter, gluten-free crackers or pita chips.
