I help women healthfully transition to a more plant-based lifestyle. Whether you want to become meat free for life or just on Mondays, I’m here to help. Of course we’ll talk about everything that goes on your plate, but we’ll also talk about self-care and how simple habits can cultivate happiness.

I’ll show you the delicious abundance of choices all around you and help you make good decisions for yourself. Feeling good can be as simple as drinking water, eating more fruits and vegetables, keeping your body active, doing things you love and enjoying yourself with family and friends. Sometimes we just need a little help clarifying how to do these things, as easy as they may sound, and a partner to hold us accountable to do them.

Think of me as your personal Ted Lasso: a supportive coach on the sidelines helping you to become the best version of yourself. You determine what the goal is and we work together on developing the strategy and identifying the small changes you can make. You are in the driver’s seat, I’m the one cheering you on and holding you accountable for the results that you are looking for.
